  • Do you have elevators?

    Bluestem Village is a garden-style apartment community and does not offer elevator access. Our buildings are designed with convenient stair access, and our team is happy to help you find a home that best fits your lifestyle and location preferences.

  • Where will I park my car?

    Bluestem Village offers convenient open parking for residents and guests throughout the community. Residents are welcome to park in any unreserved space, and we ask that reserved parking spaces remain available for the residents who have been assigned them. Be sure to review the community parking guidelines for additional details.

  • Is Bluestem Village a gated community?

    While Bluestem Village is not a fully gated community, residents enjoy the added security and convenience of controlled-access building entry, helping create a comfortable living environment throughout the community.

  • What are the income requirements?

    To qualify for residency at Bluestem, applicants must demonstrate a combined gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent. Additional screening criteria may apply. Please contact our leasing team for complete qualification details.

  • What schools are assigned to Bluestem?

    Bluestem is located within the Keller Independent School District. Students residing at the community are currently zoned to Eagle Ridge Elementary School, Timberview Middle School, and Timber Creek High School. School attendance boundaries are subject to change, so we encourage families to contact Keller ISD directly to verify zoning and enrollment eligibility.

  • Is Bluestem Village pet friendly?

    Absolutely! We are a pet-friendly community. A maximum of two (2) pets per household will be permitted with a completed Pet Screening profile, a signed animal addendum, a $350 non-refundable pet fee, and a monthly $15 pet rent per pet, as specified in the addendum. There is also a refundable $150 pet deposit per pet. There is no weight limit; however, we do have breed restrictions. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions.

  • Do you have dog parks and pet stations?

    Yes! Bluestem is a pet-friendly community featuring two on-site dog parks where your furry friends can run, play, and socialize. While pet waste stations are not currently available throughout the property, we encourage all pet owners to help keep the community clean and enjoyable for everyone.

  • What amenities does Bluestem offer?

    Bluestem offers a variety of amenities designed to complement your lifestyle. Residents enjoy a resort-style swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center, a spacious resident clubhouse, two dog parks, and convenient EV charging stations. Whether you're looking to stay active, relax, or connect with neighbors, there's something for everyone.

  • Do you accept housing vouchers?

    At this time, Bluestem does not participate in a housing voucher program. If you have questions about housing assistance options, our leasing team would be happy to discuss available housing opportunities and qualification requirements.
